Coro Adds Security Awareness Training to Its Modular Platform

Coro unveiled a new security awareness training module today, an addition to its modular cybersecurity platform for MSPs that provides adaptive training based on user actions and risk signals.

Coro’s CEO Guy Moskowitz (pictured above) says it was the one element missing from the company’s platform. “The essence of Coro was always very simple. We need one tool that can give everything that an MSP will need to secure its SMB customers. That’s as simple as it gets; it’s one product. We cover everything from email to cloud security to endpoint security to VPN, everything. The only element [needed] to complete that is security awareness training.”

The security awareness training module was about a year in development, he says, and “around six months was invested in fine-tuning it. Like everything in Coro, the experience should be always you turn on. It just works. And security awareness training is no different.”

Moskowitz adds, “MSPs can always customize what we offer, but the way we designed it, the system learns what is correct to this specific customer … The only thing the MSP needs to do is to turn it on and activate it.”

He says they also spent time designing the solution “in a way that the end users themselves will not hate it, but actually appreciate it.”

Adaptive Security Awareness Training

Moskowitz says Coro wanted the training to be adaptive, “pinpointed to that person across the entire spectrum of everything that he’s doing on the IT side” such as their cloud behavior, their browser behavior, etc.

“You need to anticipate and understand the human action on every aspect of [their] IT infrastructure and to train the human not to make those mistakes that will probably damage your security,” he explains.

The training module includes a library of AI-enhanced phishing simulations modeled on today’s attack tactics—from email scams to social engineering. Prebuilt templates test user awareness and track key metrics. Visual dashboards help MSPs identify risk patterns and assign targeted follow-up.

In addition, when employees fail simulations or exhibit risky behavior, the system automatically assigns targeted, short-form content to close knowledge gaps in real-time.

MSPs can also schedule learning for their customers, with automated training rollouts by role, department, or organization wide. MSP can create learning paths that deliver the right content at the right intervals, such as for onboarding, quarterly refreshers, or meeting compliance.

MSPs Get Visibility for Informed Client Discussions

Via visual dashboards, MSPs can get insights into their customers’ training engagement, completion rates, and phishing simulation outcomes. MSPs can also share executive-level reports that demonstrate compliance with regulatory frameworks, providing documented proof of progress and accountability.

With these reports, MSPs can determine what mix of training each customer needs. “Remember, we’re an all-in-one product; the MSP gets visibility to everything that is going on. The MSP can [have] an intelligent discussion with customers and tell them, ‘Here is what’s going on in your organization, on your cloud, on your endpoint, on your email, on your storage, on everything, and we recommend you to activate the training for a,b,c, and d.’ Now, it’s an intelligent discussion and not just guesswork.”

The new security awareness training module is available now. MSPs that have the Coro Complete offering will receive it as part of their package. The module can also be purchased individually. Moskowitz would not disclose price, but said “it’s going to be an extremely affordable option.”
