Like most software companies, you’ll find customer reviews of our product on G2. If you have not yet visited the site, G2 is a review platform that gathers user feedback on a range of software and service offerings.
One of the reasons we love G2 is because it offers honest feedback from real people. It’s a great way to monitor sentiment on not just our product, but also our competitors’ offerings, and get an accurate snapshot of where we stand.
We feel as though Coro is ushering in a new era for cybersecurity, but third-party validation, especially from our customers, helps make it real. So thank you to all of our customers for providing honest feedback through G2.
Similar to a lot of other organizations, we periodically receive G2 “badges”—which highlight specific areas in which a company or product excels—and are based on a combination of overall customer feedback and the review site’s own formulations.
And while we received nearly 40 different G2 badges for Fall 2023, we wanted to spotlight some of the ones we’re most proud of and tell you why.
Between coordinating with internal teams, training, and implementation, anyone who has tried to set up almost any type of software within an organization knows how tedious and labor-intensive it can be. You’ll go through the process though, because when it comes to cybersecurity, you want the best protection possible. And it would seem like the more intense the process of setting up new cybersecurity protection, the safer you’d be… except that’s not the case at all.
One of things we’re doing at Coro is providing our customers with extremely complex cybersecurity software that provides maximum protection and can be setup and running within minutes.
Even after you get some new software running at an organization, you’ve still got to convince team members to use it. That’s not as easy as it sounds, especially if the software practically requires an IT degree to operate. And that’s one reason Coro puts such a high emphasis on usability. You don’t need to have 30-years of cybersecurity experience to use Coro. If you can navigate an iPhone, you should be able to use Coro.
Let’s say you have questions about Coro after setup. We have one of the best support teams around, that will come prepared with the answers you need. We’ve recently put extra emphasis in ensuring our customers are well supported when they need it, and will continue to do so.
When doing business with any software vendor, you want to work with an organization you can count on. If you don’t have the right people helping make the internal launch of your new software successful, adoption is going to lag, people will eye other solutions, and contracts will not be renewed. At Coro, we do everything possible to make each interaction is as efficient, personable, and helpful as possible.
Of course, you want your software to actually deliver value to your organization and end users. That’s the main reason they went through all the effort in the first place. And Coro delivers for our customers.
Thank you again to our customers. We plan on spreading these badges out across social media. And we promise to keep creating products that keep you and your organization safe.
