Coro has rolled out its new, simplified partner program, Coro Compass, just months after Joe Sykora joined the company

Coro is rolling out its new partner program, Coro Compass, based on three key pillars: revenue growth, brand and marketing support, and sales and product support.

Coro Compass comes just a few months after channel vet Joe Sykora joined the company in the newly created role of senior vice president and general manager of the Americas. He and Piers Morgan, senior vice president and general manager of EMEA, are Coro’s top channel leaders.

Sykora teased the new program during a Q&A at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in March.

“We’ll do a very simplistic program,” he said. “I often like doing two tiers versus multiple prices. It’ll be just a simple, two-tiered program with partners that we’re going to … make heavy investments in because they’re investing in us, and then other partners who maybe are trying to get there. We’ll support them through distribution and other means. That’s pretty standard in my playbook.”

Nuts ‘n’ Bolts of Coro Compass

Coro Compass highlights Coro’s “commitment” to empowering partners of all sizes through hands-on support, tailored marketing collaboration and dedicated enablement. The tiered program gives partners access to guidance in planning, designing and executing marketing campaigns that aim to boost brand visibility and drive demand.

Coro’s team works closely with each partner to provide strategic resources, sales training and go-to-market support designed to accelerate growth and long-term success, according to the company.

Unlike Coro’s previous partner program, the new program offers deal protection, predictable margins, renewal incumbency, marketing support and funding, and simplification, Sykora said.

“Coro needed a simple program in which partners had defined benefits and protections,” he said. “We received partner input and feedback to make sure we designed a program with benefits and predictable margins for our partners.”

Partners can expect real, tangible results from Coro Compass, Sykora said.

“Without real, tangible results, there is no program,” he said. “We are 100% channel and will always be. Protecting our partner community is the cornerstone of our program.”

“Coro Compass is designed to support partners at every stage,” Morgan said. “We’ve created margin-rich offerings and structured support that enable our partners to scale with confidence. This is what a true partner-first approach looks like.”
