About the Role
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer.
In your role as a member of the DevOps team, you will assist in managing our AWS infrastructure, assist with developing improvements to the availability, scalability, and work on the performance of our environment, including the implementation of the necessary monitoring tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining our build and deploy tools as well as CI/CD processes using TeamCity and Gitlab CI\CD.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to enhance our AWS infrastructure, focusing on high availability and scalability.
- Lead CI/CD process optimizations using Gitlab CI/CD, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Drive the team towards strategic goals, aligning tasks with key results for measurable outcomes.
- Influence platform architecture and technology decisions, prioritizing sustainability and innovation.
- Champion code quality and enforce best practices in software development and deployment.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., SaltStack, Ansible) and Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Proven track record of maintaining and scaling production systems, including NoSQL database management.
- Expertise in cloud security, disaster recovery, and incident response protocols.
- Demonstrated success in automating processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with Terraform, cloud formation or equivalent tool (a must)
- Kubernetes, docker and helm (a must)
- Gitlab-CI, Jenkins or any other CI\CD tool knowledge
- Experience in at least two programming/scripting languages (Python\bash\go)
- Experience with monitoring, maintaining and optimizing large scale production systems
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, Redis) – Big advantage
- Experience with GitOps, and FinOps (an advantage)
- Independent, fast learner, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth environment
