About the Role
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Data Engineer to join our Product Operations Team.
In your role, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, as well as maintaining current data pipelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating and implementing new technologies that will help meet future analytical needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using a variety of data sources and tools
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams within the Technology Department
- Ensuring data collection and processing in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes by analyzing and interpreting data
- Provide stakeholders with clear and concise information regarding findings
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ of experience in data engineering, including familiarity with ETL management and processing vast datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a preference for PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience in creating data models, dashboards, and reports using data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
