About the Role
The Billing Operations and Systems specialist role will consist of creating, implementing, and enforcing procedures, policies, and new systems, as well as streamlining effective billing processes as well as handle day to day processing for the team.

Responsibilities
- Daily Operational support for any billing related operational needs.
- Support Implementation of new Billing system.
- Report bugs to Operations reported by the Billing team.
- Resolve Billing support issues and work closely with Operations team on all open tasks and bugs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to help resolve recurring issues.
- Gather requirements from business units and assist with drafting and converting them into specification documents for any new requirements.
- Help implement new applications and tools to be used by Billing.
- Day to Day Billing tasks as well as projects
Skills and Experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Effective working both independently and in a team environment.
- A solutions-oriented and customer-service can-do attitude
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- MS-Office
- Experience in implementing a billing system.
- SAAS and Global experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Netsuite - an advantage
