About the Role
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced and impactful DevOps team—an essential pillar of Coro's technology organization. You’ll play a key role in scaling and securing our infrastructure while collaborating across engineering teams.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our AWS & GCP infrastructure, improving availability, scalability, and performance, and implementing observability solutions. You will own and enhance our CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, and help shape infrastructure best practices as we grow.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, working hands-on to design, build, and scale cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery across microservices
- Build and maintain secure, observable infrastructure using Terraform, terragrunt, helm, Kubernetes, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, ensuring automated, safe, and efficient deployments
- Continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring, alerts, and proactive infrastructure changes
- Drive infrastructure enhancements via POCs, innovation, and tool evaluation
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of incidents; ensure post-mortem discipline and recovery improvements
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and DevOps best practices
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
- Strong motivation and proven ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional environments
- Deep expertise in AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Production-grade experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Proficient with Terraform, Terragrunt (Ansible is a bonus)
- Strong CI/CD background using GitLab CI (and/or TeamCity)
- Solid Linux administration skills and deep knowledge of Docker/container security
- Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix (or other monitoring and log management systems)
- Familiar with secrets management using Vault, AWS KMS or similar
- Understanding of networking, service discovery, zero-downtime deployments, and SOC2-compliant environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a desire to lead infrastructure strategy discussions
