Vice President of Demand Generation

About Us and the Role

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated VP of Demand Generation.  We recently wrapped up our Series C, where we secured $100M in funding for our Cybersecurity Software Solutions. Our solutions are built for the mid-market and thus experiencing dramatic growth! Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is also headquartered in Chicago, IL. As a global organization, Coro gives you the ability to work with people and teammates from across the world.  

In this role, you will lead overall outbound and inbound demand generation and sales funnel development activities as well as develop and implement high impact strategic campaigns and tactical marketing programs.  Come be a part of expanding the Coro Team!


  •  Build and manage best-in-class demand generation programs and optimization of Lead to Opportunity funnel
  • Design a comprehensive demand generation strategy, which includes plans for vertical industry, market segments, and/or geographic focus.
  • Manage a team of experienced demand generation professionals responsible for our portfolio of programs across all channels
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs
  • Develop and track comprehensive metrics reports and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and spending
  • Assist in the development of content marketing and thought leadership programs and materials, and oversee all promotional planning in support of these programs
  • Utilize and enhance all demand generation channels to include SEM, SEO, email, events, content syndication, lifecycle marketing, user conferences, webinars, and customer marketing
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members on effective demand generation tactics and approaches
  • Select vendors and partners to hit team goals
  • Define and manage program budgets



Skills and Experience


  • 8+ years of marketing experience, 5+ specific to demand generation
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and driving demand generation for a SaaS company
  • 3+ years leading demand generation
  • 3+ Years of experience targeting mid-market customers in North America
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity field, a plus
  • Experience with hyper-growth B2B demand generation
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to build, motivate, and lead team to achieve results
  • Ability to carry to full individual contributor workload in additional to leadership responsibilities; this role will be a player-coach model
  • Proven success in launching and successfully running demand generation marketing programs for B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience with HubSpot, and Salesforce to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills
  • Passionate about technology – able to dive in and use innovative, next generation platforms and tactics to tell our story
  • Experience with budgeting, media planning, sponsorships, and SEO/SEM
  • Cyber-security industry background preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • If outside of NYC, this is a remote role but requires traveling to our SoHo office in NYC for two days once a month.
  • If in NYC, this is a hybrid role where you will work remotely four days per week and report to our SoHo headquarters on Wednesdays. 


  • Base Salary: $200,000-250,000 +, plus bonus
  • Relocation stipend available
  • Travel options if not located in the NYC metro area
