About Us and the Role

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Database Marketing Manager.  We recently wrapped up our Series C, where we secured $100M in funding for our Cybersecurity Software Solutions. Our solutions are built for the mid-market and thus experiencing dramatic growth! Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and is headquartered in Chicago, IL. The Database Marketing Manager will develop and lead marketing programs across current and emerging mid-market segments, manage special project requirements, marketing package development, waterfall evaluation and offer implementation across a variety of online and offline channels. 

In this role you’ll interact with cross-functional, cross-geographic team members within Coro, requiring an understanding of business goals and drivers, and the ability to consult on technical design with non-technical audiences. The role is hands-on, using Marketing, Sales, and CRM platforms to test scenarios as they solidify for eventual in-market execution.   Come be a part of expanding the Coro Team!


  • Validate current Marketing Contacts and acquire new target campaign lists. Enrich contact database.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance operational process components.
  • Help develop and implement best-in-class customer-centric campaign strategies.
  • Working knowledge of multi-channel, customer-centric marketing techniques.
  • Understands impact/implications of issues/events within the marketing segments and other areas within Coro.
  • Strong Collaboration, acting as an internal consultant with campaign design and requirements.
  • Works with considerable latitude for decision-making in setting priorities under the area of responsibility.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of all activities.

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of experience managing a large database: Acquiring lists and database enrichment, and Intent data experience is also a must.
  • A minimum of 2 years recent SaaS-based experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge base in quantitative and analytical techniques including report analysis, association rules, decision trees, timeline and task plan analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Experience driving sophisticated exploratory data analysis and providing results to key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on work building reporting automation between CRM and Hubspot
  • Cyber-security industry background preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • This is a hybrid role where you will work remotely four days per week and report to our SoHo headquarters in NYC on Wednesdays.


Salary: $125-$130K

Bonus: $5K per quarter if expectations are met.
