The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing IT solutions and product support for our customers. This role will also liaise with our Customer Success Team and R&D Team to best provide support.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing IT solutions and product support for our customers. This role will also liaise with our Customer Success Team and R&D Team to best provide support.

Responsibilities

  • Support current customers’ ongoing issues and questions in a timely and professional manner 
  • Provide technical assistance to Customer Success team throughout customer journey 
  • Liaison customer needs to our R&D   
  • Work with support and engineering teams to improve our existing support infrastructure 
  • Coordinate the work with Sales, R&D, Customer Success and Operations teams 


Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role 
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports 
  • Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell and GPO 
  • Experience creating and deploying VM and Lab environments
  • MacOS endpoint management 
  • Windows 10 and 11 endpoint imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting 
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services such as Office 365, G-Suite 
  • Knowledge of IT Systems, Cybersecurity-focused experience a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and team collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Cyber-security industry background preferred  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
