We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Knowledge Manager and LMS Administrator!

  

We recently wrapped up our Series C, where we secured $100M in funding for our Cybersecurity Software Solutions. Our solutions are built for the mid-market and thus experiencing dramatic growth! Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is also headquartered in Chicago, IL. As a global organization, Coro gives you the ability to work with people and teammates from across the world. 

 

Coro’s Cybersecurity Academy provides the company with all their training and development needs. The role will focus on implementing a new learning management system and creating learning and development processes.

Responsibilities


  • Leading and creating the learning management system  
  • Building a working plan for training of the learning management system 
  • Implementation of the learning management system and other learning systems 
  • Project management from the defining stages to creation and implementation. This would include identifying budget needs, collaborating with different departments and systems and communicating access and updates across all teams  
  • Implementation and dissemination of training materials which includes tracking learning goals and achievements 
  • Updating and maintenance of knowledge management and related learning systems 
  • Guidance and training of best practices for knowledge management 
  • Creating, proofreading, and editing content of training and related materials 
  • Creation and maintenance of Coro’s knowledge and information database 


Skills and Experience

  • Experience in implementing systems is strongly preferred 
  • Experience in the world of learning management systems.  
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in implementing and running a learning management system 
  • Experience in global high-tech companies 
  • Strong English skills: speaking, reading, and writing 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to overcome obstacles 
  • Ability to travel internationally 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
